1ctl config
1ctl config manages non-sensitive key-value pairs such as NODE_ENV, LOG_LEVEL, ports, feature flags, and service hostnames.
Use 1ctl secret for passwords, tokens, API keys, and credentials.

Repeatable env vars
Section titled “Repeatable env vars”--env is repeatable:
1ctl config create --env NODE_ENV=production --env LOG_LEVEL=infoconfig create updates the Deployment spec and ConfigMap. Replacement pods pick up the new values after rollout.
