Profiles
Section titled “Profiles”Create a single-replica Core deployment:
1ctl nats create eventsCreate a three-replica JetStream deployment with a persistent volume for each replica:
1ctl nats create events-ha \ --jetstream \ --storage-size 20GiCPU and memory flags apply per replica. --storage-size and
--storage-class are valid only with --jetstream.
Placement
Section titled “Placement”NATS uses automatic platform placement in the active organization namespace. The CLI does not currently expose a machine-pinning flag for NATS. For JetStream, select a storage class only when the cluster requires one:
1ctl nats create events-ha \ --jetstream \ --storage-size 20Gi \ --storage-class ceph-blockThe chosen storage class must be available wherever the workload is scheduled.
See Managed NATS for Core and JetStream workflows, credential handling, placement, and safe deletion.
